Even just 30 minutes of exercise can help give you the energy boost you need to get through the day.

4. Spend 1/2 Hour Connecting

Social distancing is especially difficult for extroverts. Luckily we have tons of ways to reach out to friends and family through technology.

Limit your “freak out” time each day by watching less news and more Tiger King.

Building something every day can help you feel more accomplished.
